Huron Consulting Professional Services- Remediation of SAP Concur System

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of professional services from Huron Consulting Group as a sole source because of the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support the research and/or business needs of the university. OSU utilizes SAP Concur on campus as an enterprise solution that connects into Banner, the current ERP system. OSU is transitioning to a Workday ERP system in 2026 and there is a need to retrofit the SAP Concur system as part of that transition. The retrofit project is time sensitive in that end-to-end testing is slated for December 2025 with implementation in July 2026. In addition to Huron Consulting Group being a Certified SAP Implementation Partner, Huron originally configured the SAP Concur system at OSU and will be able to meet the timing of OSU due to their knowledge and experience with OSU’s existing systems. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
