Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Ware State Prison Waterline Underground Heat Loop Replacement in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.
Brief Description of Project Scope: Replacement of the heating and domestic hot water boilers; replacement of two air-cooled with preparations for a third chiller in a future project; demo of existing chiller equipment pads to be replaced with an extension; replacement of all chilled water, hot water, and domestic hot water piping, pumps and all appurtenances in the boiler room and all underground pipe up to the chiller pad; replacement of air handlers, ductwork and all appurtenances in the boiler room; new chilled and heating water chemical treatment system.
GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
