Description
The City of Cumming Department of Utilities is requesting proposals from qualified Design-Build Contractors to provide professional design and construction services for emergency slope stabilization at the Sawnee Mountain Tank site located at 921 Canton Highway, Cumming, Georgia. The intent of this solicitation is to select a contractor capable of providing both the engineering design and construction necessary to stabilize the slope, extend the existing retaining wall, and reestablish vegetation in the affected area.
