The City of Lawrence, through the Office of Planning & Development – Mayor’s Health Task Force (MHTF), invites sealed proposals from qualified organizations to support the development and implementation of local health programming aimed at advancing policy, systems, and environmental changes in the areas of: food service guidelines, increased fruit and vegetable consumption, active transportation, and breastfeeding support for working mothers.

Copies of the RFP may be obtained beginning November 10, 2025, from the City’s website at www.cityoflawrence.com or by registering to download the RFP.

Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Office of the City Clerk, 200 Common Street, Room 107, Lawrence, MA 01840 , by 3:00 PM on November 24, 2025 . One (1) original and three (3) copies are required. Proposals must be clearly marked “REACH Program Partners – Sealed Proposal.”
