|
All service companies desiring to provide services specified shall visit the job site to become familiar with the facility and equipment prior to submitting a proposal.
No proposal shall be accepted from any service company unless it has been verified that there has been a visit inspection prior to submittal.
A visit can be arranged by calling Dave March at (563)589-4225, ext. 2232 or the Administration Office at (563)589-4313.
The library's hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 7 pm; Friday, 9 am to 5 pm; Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm; and Sunday, 12 pm to 5 pm. Maintenance staff hours begin at 6:30 am Monday through Friday.
