The 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB, TX is seeking capabilities from businesses classified as Small, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) or Small Disadvantaged Business for the renew a survey of interested vendors and establish appropriate level of competition for an Airfield Paving contract.
Please note that this Sources Sought does not in any way obligate the Government to award a subsequent Contract. This Sources Sought is for market research purposes to determine if responsible
sources exist and to assist in determining available sources.
This requirment falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310 - Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. Small business size standard is $45M.
The work requirements consists of, but are not limited to, various repairs and/or complete reconstruction to various Airfield pavements at Dyess AFB, Texas. Work may include but is not necessarily limited to: 1) concrete slab removal and replacement, 2) concrete spall repair 3) joint sealant replacement 4) airfield pavement markings 5) and other pavement related work at Dyess AFB, Texas, in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.

In accordance with FAR 52.204-99, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via www.sam.gov.
Contractor Response: We request that contractors respond to this Sources Sought Notice with information in sufficient detail to support their capability to satisfy the requirements of an Airfield Paving contract at Dyess AFB. Please include the information listed below in your response:
