Project Description: The Offeror shall create, modify, standardize, document, and implement consistent sampling practices as part of the Mill Creek Laboratory existing Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) and in accordance with the FSMO or ISO/IEC 17025 requirements for MSDGC.
