Project Description: The City of Cincinnati (the “City”), through its Department of Transportation and Engineering (“DOTE”), invites visionary, qualified Professional Service Providers (“Offerors”) to submit proposals for a bold and transformative opportunity: a feasibility study to explore the adaptive reuse of the City’s historic, underground subway infrastructure along Central Parkway (Cincinnati, Ohio 45202).
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued in accordance with Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC) Chapter 321 and City Manager Administrative Regulation 23. The selected Offeror will lead a comprehensive feasibility study that will serve as a critical first step toward reimagining one of the city’s most unique and untapped physical assets.
