Description:
This project includes modifications to various Red Line stations due to the new rail car fleet being approximately 16" narrower than the existing fleet. This will require platform extensions to maintain ADA clearance between the car and the edge of platform. Several platforms were lengthened to allow for 3 car berthing. Other modifications include repairs to the platforms and railings.
