Description
The work includes supplying and installing armoured, plenum-rated single-mode OS2 fibre-optic
cable between fire alarm nodes; providing and mounting wall-mounted fibre interconnection
cabinets near fire alarm panels (exact locations to be confirmed with the owner); routing cable
through manholes, ductbanks, above ceilings or surface raceways neatly strapped to existing fire
alarm conduits; firestopping all penetrations in rated assemblies; and submitting as-built drawings
and test reports upon completion.
