The Ministry of Finance supplies vendor with published financial and/or other documents for exact replication in EDGAR format in anticipation of the vendor filing the EDGAR formatted documents as an 18-K, 18-KA, S-B or 424B2 submission with the United States Securities Regulator, the Securities and Exchange Commission.  The expected service standard from receipt of the document(s) through to filing completion can be as little as a few hours or as much as a few days depending on the filing urgency.
