The Quarters 6 rehabilitation project is the construction of a multi-rise, mixed use steel frame, brick-clad infill facility to provide Unaccompanied Enlisted Housing (UH), dining hall, fitness center, armory, and non-commissioned officer (NCO) club. The structure will provide 125 rooms with semi-private baths in the stand 2 +0 configuration. The structure will include community and service core areas that have laundry facilities, lounges, administrative offices, housekeeping areas, and public restrooms. The fitness center will include group exercise rooms, weight rooms, and administrative spaces.
