Project Description: PCMC is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms (“Respondents”) to provide improvements to the Empire Pass Connector Trail, located within the Bonanza Flat Conservation Area. The project will involve sourcing necessary materials, transporting materials to the worksite, and operating heavy machinery to install erosion control devices and regrade the trail surface.
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday July 31st, 2025, at the Empire Pass View Area. Attendance is strongly encouraged by all Respondents. Please RSVP by emailing Adam Smath at adam.smath@parkcity.gov no later than 48 hours in advance. Requests for reasonable accommodation at the pre-proposal meeting shall be made no later than 48 hours in advance to the Project Contact above. Accommodation may include alternative formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids.
