Construction of a 170-space new parking lot and minor drainage improvements along 12.09 acres on Swallow Avenue at our Grand Strand campus. Services will include clearing, grubbing & stripping, grading, sediment/erosion control, storm sewer system, paving, curb & gutter, sidewalks, street signs and landscaping.
