Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute §143-64.31, Statements of Qualifications for Construction
Manager at Risk Professional Services will be received by the City of Asheville for the following:
Description of Work:
The City seeks qualified statements of qualifications for pre-construction design coordination,
construction feasibility, estimating and value engineering; and construction phase CM at risk services
for the Oakley Fire Station 9 New Construction project located at 711 Fairview Road, Asheville. The
project includes the demolition of an existing police substation and the construction of a new 2-½ bay,
LEED certified fire station.

obtained from any other source.
The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Letters of Interest and Statements of
Qualifications.
