A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on-site at 199 Town Center Parkway, Spring Hill TN 37174 on January 7th , 2025, at 10:00 A.M. During this time, bidders will be given access to the work area and the opportunity to ask questions regarding the scope of work to City staff as well as the City Fire Marshall. Bidders and their representatives are encouraged to bring ladders, measuring devices, cameras, and other portable equipment that will help in giving an accurate bid.
