The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas, will accept sealed bids for 2 mid-size 4 door sedan vehicles (i.e., Nissan Altima, Chevy Malibu, Toyota Camry) for the Cimarron Basin Community Corrections (CBCC).
A complete set of bid specifications may be obtained at the Seward County Clerk’s office, 515 N. Washington, Suite 100, Liberal, KS 67901. Any questions regarding the specifications shall be addressed to Director Kayla Janko at (620) 626-3284.
Sealed bids will be received at the County Clerk’s Office located in the Seward County Administration Building, 515 N. Washington, Suite 100, Liberal, KS 67901, until 02:00 P.M. on Monday July 14, 2025, and then publicly opened and read. The envelope should be plainly marked “CBCC Vehicle Bids.” Bids will be presented to the Board of Seward County Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday July 21, 2025.
Financial Rules for grant monies require no more than $29,640.00 spent for a midsize car.
The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and the right to waive any and all irregularities therein.
