The City of Westminster is seeking proposals to complete a Rate Study for the Wastewater Collections System, a part of the City of Westminster Combined Utility System. An alternate bid is requested to complete the rate study for the entire Combined Utility System, including wastewater collections, water treatment and distribution, and electric.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at Westminster City Hall on January 27 at 2:00pm. Participants can attend virtually upon request, but attendance is preferred.
