The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the annual materials contract. Various Public Works divisions will purchase materials on an as-needed basis. Quantities provided in these specifications are approximate and based on past usage and/or anticipated upcoming projects. The City of Davenport makes no guarantee as to the quantities of materials that will be purchased throughout the term of the contract. Please review these specifications carefully as some requirements may have changed since the last bid opportunity.
The City reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. Materials will be purchased from qualified (Iowa DOT Certified) vendors who are closest to the work site or closest to the stockpile, as required.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
