Description:

A&E services to design and replace the HVAC systems from unit ventilators to VAV systems. Includes finish upgrades to replace boiler with condensing boilers, replacing the ceiling grid/tiles, replace the VCT flooring, painting of all finishes and upgrade to energy efficient LED lighting. Phase 1 pre-design for conceptual drawings/feasibility study/preliminary cost estimates. Phase 2 services for DD,CD's and construction administration.
