Engineering and Design Services - Event No. 12300

The City of Savannah is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) for Engineering Design Consultant Services for the 37th Street Safety Improvements as part of the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Fiscal Year 2024 Grant Program.

Electronic responses will be received through the City of Savannah Procurement and Contracts Division supplier portal at until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 . Only electronically submitted Statements of Qualifications through the supplier portal will be allowed at www.savannahga.gov/bids.

A pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 AM on June 4, 2026 at Floyd Adams Jr. Complex (Room 104) 20 Interchange Court, Savannah, GA 31415 to address any questions and or issues that may arise. You are invited to attend.

Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
