The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) is seeking sealed bids for the following project: RFP #1274 AMP-001 Exterior Façade Improvements Bid Opening date is August 28, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford, 180 John D. Wardlaw Way, Hartford, CT 06106. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk through for all bidders will be on August 12, 2025, at 10:00 am at the project site(s), 68-70 Pliny Street, Hartford, CT 06120. Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications dated August 4, 2025, as prepared by Capital Studio Architects, L.L.C. can be viewed and purchased for a non-refundable fee at Advanced Reprographics located at 50 Corporate Avenue, Plainville, CT. Order forms are available via Advanced Reprographics’ website www.advancedplanroom.com/jobs/public.
