The Town of Agawam invites sealed bids for the Main Street Sewer Rehabilitation Project. The work to be done under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, installation of approximately 4,000 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining in existing 8-inch through 15-inch gravity sewer mains and geopolymer lining of approximately 24 existing sewer manholes, together with sewer cleaning, CCTV inspection, temporary bypass pumping, traffic control, pavement restoration, and all appurtenant work required to complete the improvements. Bids will be received at the Agawam DPW Annex, 1000 Suffield Street, Agawam, MA 01001, until 11:00 AM on October 14, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the same location at 11:00 AM on October 7, 2026. Contract documents will be available beginning September 30, 2026 by emailing

MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, sewer and water, for the project with an estimated value of $675,000 will be required.
