The Town of Stratford is seeking bids from qualified contractors to supply and deliver liquid polymer as specified to the Water Pollution Control Facility. Estimated annual usage is between 2,000 and 2,500 gallons. Bulk deliveries shall be minimum 55-gallon drums. Bid price must include delivery and all energy/fuel surcharges. Product shall be supplied per an as-needed basis. Prior to award of contract, bidders will be required to submit all non-qualified product for testing and approval by the WPCF. ***DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS ELECTRONICALLY***
