Proposal Changes:
• Revised Traffic Control project special provisions to the most current version for Temporary
Portable Traffic Signal System revised on 12/19/2025.
• Replaced the DM00394 Proposal document on the Division 13 Letting page with the revised
proposal document DM00394 Proposal_Addendum 1.
This addendum does not affect the bidding file and acknowledgement of the addendum on Bid
Express is not required.
