Project Description: The City of Lubbock, Texas, invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firm(s) interested in providing preliminary design concepts and related cost analysis for the expansion and renovation of the Lubbock Memorial Convention Center Complex and the addition of a multipurpose event venue.
