The City of Spokane Water & Hydroelectric Services department is seeking bids for on-call repair of concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, and ADA curb ramps damaged by utility work. Work must be completed in accordance with the bid provisions and City Standard Specifications. This project constitutes routine maintenance under state law and is subject to the payment of prevailing wages, though a payment/performance bond and statutory retainage are not required.
