RFP 3608 City-Wide Electrical Repairs & Installation Services

The City of Portland, Texas (“City”) hereby issues this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The City is seeking Proposals from firms interested and qualified to provide City-Wide Electrical Repairs & Installation Services on an as needed basis. The City intends to enter into a Service Agreement for these services.

The sealed proposals must be marked on the outside “RFP 3608 FOR CITY-WIDE ELECTRICAL REPAIRS & INSTALLATION SERVICES” along with the Proposer’s name, address, and contact information as instructed in the RFP.  All proposals must be addressed and delivered to: Annette Hall - City Secretary, City of Portland City Hall, 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374 by no later than 2:00 PM (CT) on January 23, 2025, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any proposals received after the due date and time will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered.
