Summary Details
Approximately 350,000 trees to plant over approximately 280 hectares, along with associated danger tree assessment (felling if necessary) in 2025 with an option to renew for up to an additional 2 years. Estimated contract start date is estimated to be April 28, 2025. This contract includes both spring and summer (hot lift) planting; spring planting must be completed no later than June 6 for spring-planting and July 15 for summer (hot-lift) planting, unless otherwise authorized by the Ministry representative. For hot-lift planting, the contractor shall co-ordinate shipping and reefer rental, and such costs shall be submitted to the Ministry as an expense.
