Project Description: Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is soliciting proposals and qualifications from experienced, qualified vendors to provide custodial and related services for multiple campuses and facilities located throughout Maricopa County, Arizona.
MCCCD anticipates awarding contract(s) with the intent to secure service coverage districtwide. Whether or not it actually enters into any contracts, how many contracts it enters into, and how the work is awarded between those contracts are all at MCCCD’s discretion. Furthermore, MCCCD will use any awarded contracts on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee as to its actual spending under them.
