Solicitation Description:

Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is seeking a contractor to provide counseling, assessment, and/or referral services for a state-wide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for up to 3200 employees. These services shall also include, but are not limited to, counseling in areas such as substance abuse, legal concerns, marital/family problems, financial problems, psychological/emotional problems, health-related problems, job performance problems, grief or other types of traumacounseling, weight management, smoking cessation, and stress management. This is a five-year contract,beginning September 1, 2025 and expiring on August 31, 2030.
