Description

The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) are seeking proposals from qualified, bilingual executive search firms to provide services on an “as and when requested” basis to support staffing of Executive and Senior Executive positions. The selected firm(s) will deliver comprehensive search and recruitment services, including market research, targeted outreach, advertising, candidate screening and assessment, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, and related advisory services. Services must support employment equity objectives, with a focus on persons with disabilities, members of visible minorities, and Indigenous peoples, and be delivered in both official languages. The contractor will be required to provide detailed work plans, regular progress reporting, interview coordination, and a final report documenting the overall search process and outcomes.
