Groveland Modular Bathroom Project

The County of Tuolumne through its General Services Agency is seeking bids from qualified contractors to install a prefabricated bathroom structure within an existing parking lot located adjacent to the Tesla charging station on County-owned property located at 11880 Ponderosa Lane in Groveland California. Site work will include, but will not be limited to saw-cutting/asphalt removal and edge protection (remaining asphalt), surface scarification, excavation, fill placement, sub-base preparation, base rock installation. Concrete surface installation, surface striping, and signage installation for accessible vehicle parking. Temporary and permanent best management practices for erosion control measures, concrete washout, and continuous good housekeeping practices. Site utilities will include a sewer connection, water connection, drainage system, and electrical connection (all underground). No bid alternatives are associated with this project.

The Tesla charging station located adjacent to this project attracts many patrons, necessitating a bathroom facility. In an effort to meet the needs of the community the County secured funding through a grant source.
