Project Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the City of Rio Rancho to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the design of a vertical building construction and modification of an existing occupied Fire Station. The Consultant shall account for life-safety, continuity of emergency operations, and coordination with Fire and Rescue Department staff throughout design and construction.
The Consultant shall be responsible for all coordination, engineering, architectural, studies, surveys, analyses, and all other necessary documents to complete the preliminary and final design, construction estimates, specifications, and right-of-way/property mapping/acquisition for the project. The Consultant may also be responsible for bidding services and services during construction including office services and construction observation.
