Vision Discount Plan for County of Mercer Employees and Their Departments
The County of Mercer requests bid proposals for a vision discount plan for employees and their dependents covering and including but not limited to such items as eye glasses, contacts, laser vision correction and exams. One plan shall be offered at no cost to the employee (basic plan option). Respondents shall state the providers included in their plan (i.e. Lens Crafters, Pearle Vision, etc.). The contract shall be awarded for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend one (1) year or a period of one (1) year with an option to extend with two (2) one (1) year options. All questions must be sent via email to imaldonado@mercercounty.org or via the BidNet portal by June 3,2026. Contract shall commence September 1,2026.
