Description
The Good Samaritan Society (GSS) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM), extermination, and on-call pest control services. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for delivering all necessary supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to effectively monitor, manage, and eradicate pests across GSS facilities.
The contractor must adhere to IPM principles, emphasizing prevention, sustainability, and minimal environmental impact. Services will include monthly inspections of specified buildings, with additional inspections as required. The contractor must ensure that all pest control methods are compliant with provincial and federal regulations and prioritize the safety of residents, staff, and visitors.
On-call services will be provided as needed, with the expectation of minimal callbacks. Contractors must submit weekly updates to GSS contract administrators, detailing work performed, treatments used, locations serviced, and recommended future actions.
