Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) for
Finance Staff Augmentation Services
Contract Number 26P119
The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional
finance staff augmentation services. The intent of the Council is to award up to three (3) contracts
for these services. The services will be provided over a three-year period.
The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:
RFP Issue Date June 22, 2026
Pre-Proposal Meeting July 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST
Questions Due July 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST
Proposals Due August 3, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST
Award October 2026
For the purposes of this contract, there are no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), or
Metropolitan Council Underutilized Business (MCUB) goals set for this project. However, the Council
strives to ensure equitable participation of minority, women and underutilized businesses in projects
and procurements, and strongly encourages the inclusion of small businesses in this contract. DBE
