The State University of New York at Buffalo will receive sealed bids for project number 2021-062 titled Restore Limestone Façade East Entrance Farber Hall until 1:00pm local time on December 18, 2024.

Email shall include Project # 2021-062 titled Restore Limestone Façade East Entrance Farber Hall and “Contractor name” in Subject line.

NO BIDS SHOULD BE HAND DELIVERED OR DELIVERED THROUGH ANY DELIVERY SERVICE OR COMMON CARRIER. ONLY ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. The University assumes no responsibility for any Proposal that is not delivered into its aforesaid email address by 1:00 PM local time.

All work on this Contract is to be completed within 120 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, starting on or after the University’s Notice to Proceed is received which shall be forwarded to the Contractor(s) upon approval of the contract of the New York State Comptroller.

Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
