The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Two(2) Xact 625i Ambient Metals Monitoring systems with all accessories, Installation and in-person training to the Utah Division of Air Quality, 240 N 1950 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. See Attachment Scope of Work.
Mandatory Site Visit: NO.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Cost.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for Duration of the project..
