Project Description: Sealed bids for the construction of a new municipal pumping station at the location of the existing Musser Run pumping station near 5210 N. George St. Ext., as well as other related improvements will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) by Northeastern York County Sewer Authority, York County, Pennsylvania until 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 13, 2025.
Contract No. 1 – General Construction
Contract No. 2 – Electrical Construction
Contract No. 3 – Pipe Work Construction
The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 10:00 AM (prevailing time), same date. Bid results will be available end of business day, same date.
Copies of Bidding Documents for the Musser Run Pump Station Improvements are available online and at no cost at www.PennBid.net.
NOTE: The members of Northeastern York County Sewer Authority have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Northeastern York County Sewer Authority.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the Northeastern York County Sewer Authority in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the Northeastern York County Sewer Authority’s office at 200 North Main Street, Mt. Wolf, PA, 17347 at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 20, 2025. Bidder attendance is NOT mandatory.
Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work.
Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
The Contract Time for this project is three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days.
The Northeastern York County Sewer Authority reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
