Notice of bid opportunity - Airport leasing rates and fees consultant

The Washington State Department of Transportation (“WSDOT”) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. Pursuant to this Competitive Solicitation, WSDOT intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for WSDOT to purchase consulting services in support of the Statewide General Aviation Airport Leasing Rates and Fees Study.
The purpose of this project is to conduct a comprehensive, statewide evaluation of leasing rates and user fees at mid-size and small General Aviation airports within the State of Washington. The study will focus on aligning lease rates and fees with the true costs of operating and maintaining each airport, while promoting fairness, consistency, and compliance with FAA and WSDOT grant assurances.
