Long-Term Lease of Parcel 42 at Republic Airport

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking the services of a consultant(s) to enter into a long-term lease of Parcel 42 at Republic Airport.

Responsive and responsible consultants interested in receiving notification of Q&A and Modifications to the RFP should submit a brief, one-page Letter of Interest (LOI) to Patricia.Kappeller@dot.ny.gov . The LOI should include, at a minimum: the firm name, address, contact person name, email address, phone number.

The base term of this Lease Agreement is twenty (20) years. The Lease Agreement may be extended for one (1) additional ten-year period.

The proposal due date of January 10, 2025 is subject to change.
