Construction of new building for the City of College Station as an additional

building for SCADA to house offices and works space which include offices, a work room, secure

storage, a break area, conference room, restrooms, electrical and mechanical rooms, and IDF room,

and a janitor closet. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
A pre-proposal meeting will be conducted at City Hall on 9/3/2025 at 2:00 p.m.
Project to open on 9/17/2025 at 2:00 p.m. central time.
All questions must be submitted online through the Q&A portal by 9/10/2025 no later than 2:00 p.m.
