Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (also Virginia Spaceport Authority or VSA) owns and operates the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS). VCSFA seeks proposals for the design, fabrication, testing, and delivery of a 15,000-gallon vertical vacuum insulated liquid nitrogen (LN2) storage tank, and up to six (6) option tanks, used to support the launch vehicle loading operations at Launch Pad 0A, NASA Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA.
