RFP #92225 - Workforce Development Marketplace UX & Design Services

University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is soliciting proposals for User Experience (UX) and design services that support the development of a visually compelling, functionally accessible, and user-friendly storefront that reflects best-in-class ecommerce and educational marketplace experiences. For the purposes of this procurement, “best-in-class” refers to a comprehensive, modern digital storefront that offers a seamless user experience, including intuitive navigation, mobile responsiveness, and compliance with WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards. The design must incorporate current UX/UI best practices, be optimized for search (including AI-assisted search), and support secure, compliant payment options. The final product should drive learner conversion, enable stakeholder engagement, and advance institutional goals for workforce development.
