Phase 1 - Construction (travaux locatifs):
· Fourniture, installation / construction et aménagement (8 classes sur deux étages, cages d’escalier, corridors, passerelle / corridor reliant le bâtiment existant aux nouveaux locaux temporaires, salle des enseignants, toilettes, conciergerie, salle d’imprimante, dépôt, salle électrique, salle informatique, bureaux T.E.S. et aire de repos) avec des matériaux neufs et à les implanter à l’endroit indiqué sur le plan d’implantation.
Phase 2 - Location :
· Durée 5 ans (60 mois)
Phase 3 - Location (année optionnelle de renouvellement) :
· Durée maximale de 5 ans (60 mois)
Phase 4 - Démantèlement :
· Démantèlement des locaux temporaires à la fin de la location et rétablir l'état d'origine du terrain et l'état d'origine du bâtiment existant.
