Description

The City of Port Moody is requesting proposals to create a shortlist of Preferred Suppliers for the supply and delivery of Native Restorative Trees and Plants on an annual and as-required basis.

Addenda:
Written addenda are the only means of verifying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in this RFSO. The City will post addenda on the Bidding System. Once issued, all addenda will form part of the RFSO. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure they have viewed all addenda prior to submission. Bidders will be required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their Bid submission.

Any amendments to a bid closing date are captured by way of Addenda, and updated only on the Bids&Tenders bidding site.

Award Decisions:
Final results of the RFP will be posted directly on the Bidding System.
