Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 235,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP5) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation.

Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece; and the intended discharging ports/places are Salalah, Oman; Fujairah, UAE; and Jebel Ali, UAE. The laydays commence 07 October and cancel 08 October 2025, and the period of performance will be one voyage.

Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs concurred with this decision.
