Elrose-Monet Fire Hall Addition

The RM of Monet and the Elrose-Monet Fire District requires a qualified contractor to provide renovation and construction services for the Monet Elrose Fire Hall located at 101 Railway Avenue in Elrose, SK.

The major areas of work includes but not limited to:

• West office & training area addition as per drawings.
• East garage addition as per drawings.
• Demolition of old office and addition of bathroom and storage areas in the existing fire hall.
• Removal and install of existing fire lockers.
• Replacement of all the existing exterior metal cladding/roofing to match new east and west addition.
• Mechanical is design build but not limited to commercial code requirements and to include:
  • Unit heaters in East garage bay.
  • Replacement of radiant heaters in existing garage with unit heaters.
  • West office/training area to have forced air heat and air conditioning.
• Electrical as per drawing but not limited to commercial code requirements.
  • Include list or drawing of additions or changes.
• Site work and final grading.

SaskPower and SaskEnergy utility line changes by owner.

Buidling permit by owner.

Ambulance lockers by owner.

Proposals must include:

• Contact Name and Address
• Project Cost
• Project Schedule and completion date. Commitee prefers a 2026 completion date.
• Any additions or changes
• Subcontractor Listing (if applicable)
• Proof of Course of Construction Insurance/Builder's Risk Policy
• Two references of similar projects

Any proposals recieved after the submission dealine will not be considered.

The Building Committee thanks you for your interest in this project. The Committee reserves the right to accept and/or reject any proposal at their discreation, and the lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
