Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and replace the center drive on the Secondary Clarifier all in accordance with the line item descriptions, scope of work, requirements, terms and conditions.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, November 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Atlantic Treatment Plant
located at 645 Firefall Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The purpose of this conference is to allow
potential Bidders an opportunity to present questions, view the job site, take measurements, if
applicable, and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. If your company is
anticipating to attend, please email jstarowicz@hrsd.com.
A hard hat is required during the site visit. HRSD cannot guarantee the availability of additional
hard hats. If you do not have a hard hat you will not be permitted on the site. Please bring a hard
hat with you if you have one.
While attendance at this conference will not be a prerequisite to submitting a bid, Bidders who
intend to submit a bid are encouraged to attend the conference/job site visit/s at the specified
time and date. HRSD will not reschedule additional pre-bid conferences/job site visit/s.
Bring a copy of the solicitation with you. Any changes resulting from this conference will be
issued through an amendment on HRSD's online Oracle ERP system from the HRSD Procurement Office.
